AI Adoption Advisory · Petaling Jaya, Malaysia
Where organisations consider AI carefully — before committing to it
Suria Advisory offers structured advisory engagements for Malaysian organisations weighing the practical place of AI in their operations. We work at the pace of thoughtful decisions, not market noise.
Our Engagements
Three ways we work with you
Each engagement is bounded, written, and designed to leave your organisation better informed than when we arrived — not dependent on us for what comes next.
Readiness
AI Readiness Conversation
Two to three advisory sessions with your leadership team. We examine data readiness, governance posture, and name candidly which use cases warrant attention now — and which are better deferred.
- Written readiness note delivered
- Honest assessment of organisational ground
- No vendor or platform bias
Use-Case Work
Practical AI Use-Case Advisory
A longer engagement that assesses three to five candidate use cases on feasibility, data availability, change management cost, regulatory exposure, and payback period. The output is a sequenced portfolio — the recommendation follows the work, not a preferred platform.
- Written use-case portfolio with sequencing
- Regulatory and change management lens
- Platform-neutral throughout
Governance
Governance and Policy Workshop
A two-day facilitated workshop where your own people — legal, compliance, HR, technology — draft an AI usage policy together. Acceptable use, data handling, vendor selection, audit obligations, and review cadence are all addressed. The workshop closes with a draft policy your organisation can circulate and ratify.
- Draft policy document produced in-session
- Cross-functional facilitation included
- Suitable for legal, HR, compliance and IT leaders
Why Suria Advisory
What distinguishes a considered approach
Written deliverables
Every engagement ends with a document your organisation owns — not a deck that requires a follow-up call to interpret.
No vendor commitments
We carry no platform affiliations. Our assessments are structured around your work, not around a preferred technology sale.
Honest scoping
We name what is not ready as readily as what is. An honest readiness note is more useful than an optimistic roadmap.
Cross-functional fluency
We work comfortably across legal, HR, operations and technology leadership — the conversations AI policy actually requires.
Malaysia-grounded context
Our advisory reflects Malaysia's regulatory environment, workforce context, and organisational culture — not a globally generic template.
Bounded engagements
Our engagements are scoped with clear endpoints. You know what you are paying for and what you will receive before work begins.
Ready to begin?
Is your organisation ready to ask the right questions about AI?
Many conversations begin simply — with a willingness to examine what AI might and might not do for your organisation. We are here for that conversation.
