Questions organisations often carry into a first conversation

We are not sure we are ready for AI at all. Is that a problem?
Not at all — in fact, that is precisely where an AI Readiness Conversation begins. Many of our engagements start with organisations that have genuine uncertainty rather than a pre-formed plan. Knowing what you do not yet know is a reasonable starting point.
Do you recommend specific AI tools or platforms?
We do not carry affiliations with any platform or vendor. Our use-case advisory follows an assessment of your organisation's actual work and data — the technology recommendation, if any, comes at the end of that process, not before it.
How long does an engagement typically take?
The AI Readiness Conversation runs over two to three sessions across roughly three to four weeks. The Practical Use-Case Advisory typically spans six to eight weeks. The Governance and Policy Workshop is delivered over two days, though preparatory reading is shared a week in advance.
Who in our organisation should be involved?
That depends on the engagement. Readiness conversations typically involve two to four senior leaders across operations and technology. The governance workshop is deliberately designed for legal, compliance, HR, and IT leadership working together — the policy will need all of those voices.
What does a written deliverable actually look like?
It is a structured document — typically ten to twenty pages — that describes what we found, what it means, and what we would consider doing next. It is written to be read by your board or leadership team, not to require interpretation from us.
Do you work with small and mid-sized organisations, or only large enterprises?
We work with organisations of various sizes — from mid-market companies to public-sector bodies. The engagements are scoped to be useful regardless of whether your organisation has a data team or not. Our advisory adapts to the actual situation, not a template.
